About Kazmier

Dr. W. Jan Kazmier received his MD from the School of Medicine in Lodz, Poland. He was involved in medical research and academic teaching, and obtained a Ph.D. degree in Allergy and Immuno-Pharmacology. He served his residency in Internal Medicine at Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Kazmier has published nearly 60 research papers, and was a Research Consultant for the National Science Foundation.

For over 25 years, both his colleagues and patients alike have revered Dr. Kazmier for his unparalleled knowledge, skills, compassion, and generosity. His commitment to providing his patients with the highest level of care has earned him accolades from the community he serves so well. He has earned recognition for his charitable work with organizations such as Friends in Need and CASA for Kids, as well as his contributions to the local charities he is passionate about.

Dr. Kazmier is a highly experienced specialist in Internal Medicine as well as in Allergy and Immunology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and is the Clinical Assistant Professor with the College of Medicine at ETSU in Johnson City, TN.

He established the Regional Allergy Asthma & Immunology Center, PC in Kingsport, TN in 1989.
